Waffles Wednesday: Waiting for the Cat Sitter

WAFFLES:  Uh, Glogirly? What's all this talk about the Cat Sitter coming over with her suitcase and toothbrush??? I mean I like her and all, she's really good with a wand toy, knows how to open my food and her boyfriend has a really great lap.

But ...





WAFFLES:  But she's not YOU. What am I going to do without YOU??? 

Who will I SING to in the mornings? 

Who's TOES will I nibble on?  

Who's HEAD will I sleep on at night? 



WAFFLES:  Hey, Bo-oss!!!




Our Popular Vacation Postcard Series is Back! 

KATIE:  Glogirly & Gloman may be going on vacation, but don't worry about us! The Cat Sitter's moving in and we're ready to party. ...ok, I'm  mostly ready for some extra food portions.

You won't want to miss a single day of our Postcards to Glogirly Series! Tune in each day as we keep Glogirly up to date on everything that's happening here. We'll be monitoring and evaluating the Cat Sitter's job performance as she settles into Townhouse living. I'll also be keeping track of Waffles' behavior and reporting any and all infractions to Glogirly purr-sonally. 

WAFFLES:  What about ME, Boss?  Don't I get to do any postcards?

KATIE:  Fine. You can send a few too. Just don't mess them up. We only have so many you know.

    I hate it when the humans leave. At least your cat sitter has a toothbrush and everything. Ours comes by once a day for an hour! As if that's enough time to admire me thoroughly....

    We are sad whenever our mom and dad go away, too, Waffles and Katie. We bet things will be a-okay with the cat sitter. And maybe Glogorly and Gloman will bring you back something nice!

    My human says that when she goes away, I get to go with her, at least usually! In fact, now that I am here, she will be traveling more because I have things to do and need a chaperone.

    We hope the cat sitter brings lots of extra portions of dinner, especially if it's chicken. We're lucky to have Aunt O to take care of us when the Head Peep goes away, but she doesn't fall for the extra portions thing at all.

    Waffles, we can`ts believe Glogirly could leave you after seeing that face and hearing that whine, MOL

    As long as your sitter is well trained, gives you foods when you ask, treats and scritches all the time, and cleans your litters regularly it should be all good.
