Is it really true??? You're coming home today???
The cat sitter was just getting good at protecting me and my breakfast from the food thief. Apparently Waffles decided that since there was a new sheriff in town, it was open-season on my food dish.
Don't worry, I haven't completely withered away to nothing. Yet.
But I wouldn't dilly-dally if I were you.
WAFFLES: Is she home yet?
KATIE: No, but she's on her way.
WAFFLES: So the cat sitter is moving out?
KATIE: Suitcase and all.
WAFFLES: I bet she needs help. I should go help her pack!
KATIE: You should definitely help with her bags.
WAFFLES: Ok, Boss.
KATIE: Be sure to leave some orange fur in her suitcase. *whispers - like about 10 pounds of orange fur*
I'll bet you are both thrilled that Glogirly and Gloman are coming home. I hope they had a lovely trip for their anniversary.ReplyDelete
I hope they brought you something!!!ReplyDelete
Yay! Surely your patience will be rewarded, Katie.ReplyDelete
We love your last pic. Hilarious!
OH Katie! Your last pic reminded me of Lauren Bacall for some reason, maybe the dangerous paw in the silken glove.......ReplyDelete
woohoo Glogirly is coming home Yay,xx SpeedyReplyDelete
Katie, I hope my human never goes away for 10 days and leaves me alone with Binga! That would be scary.ReplyDelete
Oh Katie!!! We know you're thrilled!!! Maybe you can help Waffles get stuck in the cat sitter's bag ...ReplyDelete
Oh hurray, Glogirly is coming home! You should practice your "glare of doom" so you'll be ready. Hey, maybe she'll bring prezzies.ReplyDelete
If it's true and they are coming home you've survived!!!ReplyDelete
Oh, good, the glopeeps are finally coming home!ReplyDelete
Katie, you should help the sitter pack too...make sure she doesn't forget anything...and that she even takes some things that she didn't bring...like orange things. ;)ReplyDelete
Hope Glogirly hurries home!
Your vacation postcards have been hilarious, it would certainly be a shame if a certain orange fur ball accidentally got stuffed in the pet sitter's suitcase. Katie we are sure you will supervise the packing carefully to make sure nothing gets stuffed in the suitcase that shouldn't and that everything that should be stuffed in there is.ReplyDelete
YAY!!! (hey Katie...you may want to be sure Waffles "packs" correctly)ReplyDelete
HAH! You’re funny, Katie. Give her the back of disrespect for 8 days.ReplyDelete
Oh Katie - I sooo understand your desire for Glogirly to be back - the orange monster is cute, but... seriously stealing food! - not acceptableReplyDelete
Have a nice weekend pals!
Is the cat sitter going to miss you guys? You are invited to share this with Feline Art Friday:ReplyDelete
I suspect there will be presents for two kitties..give the Glopeople lots of hugs & kisses and head butts..ReplyDelete
yes, Glogirly please don't dilly-dally and come home. Ms. Katie's stressed out look is too hard for me to look at.ReplyDelete
Hope you & Gloman had an awesome time!!
Yay they are coming home. Hope they bring you both some goodies.ReplyDelete
Woo Hoo! Your mom and dad are coming home! Welcome back, Glogirly!ReplyDelete
Yay Katie, Glogirly is coming home, and you survived 9 days with Waffles and the cat-sitter ! You did it ! PurrsReplyDelete
The second picture, with accompanying comments, is hilarious.ReplyDelete
Katie, I hate to be the bearer of horrible news, but even if the cat sitter were to take ten pounds of orange fur with her, when she opened her suitcase at home and discovered that ten pounds of fur, she'd return it immediately. The dratted orange cat would come back the very same day. xp Your Waffles-free peaceful bliss wouldn't last. The Glopeeps (credit to Maggie for that great term) would definitely want him back.
Allie: *wistful sigh* ohhhh if ONLY it were that simple. Open bag, stuff brat-- err CAT - inside. Mother's leaving US on Thursday. I sure would like it if she took a certain Tonk with her out to visit the human brother in California...!ReplyDelete
Glogirly's coming home? Hooray for you, Katie! Thank Cod you survived all that time without her!ReplyDelete
Glad yous mommy's comin' back home today. Hav a pawsum weunion.ReplyDelete
Katie, when Waffles helps the sitter to pack, just give him a little nudge. On second thoughts give him a big shove. How good are you at zipping up cases?ReplyDelete
Let's see if she is yelling the truthReplyDelete
Lily & Edward
Bet y'all are gonna be happy to see your peeps!ReplyDelete
Hooray your humans are back. Soak up the loves from them. They missed you as much as you missed them.ReplyDelete
Katie, we knew exactly what you had on your devious mind before you even said it. Good thing Waffles isn't quite as "tuned in." Can't wait for the Saturday "TV Trip." Hope you will join us tomorrow for our Sunday Selfies Blog Hop. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista JoReplyDelete
Katie, Katie!!?? Did he go for it??? Huh, huh?? If it worked for you then surely it will work for me...we get the cat sittery smelly stuff end of the month...and The Kid Sage luvluvluvs to get in all her stuff...sigh....hope it worked Katie...one can only dream of what it used to be like, right?ReplyDelete
I'm surprised you didn't tell Waffles to help pack from the insideReplyDelete
