WAFFLES:  Oh my Cod, is that the Boss?



KATIE:  *saunters confidently across Townhouse floor*



WAFFLES:  She looks, um... kinda scary. Not like Halloween-scary scary, but like...



KATIE:  ... like "Don't-mess-with-me-scary" scary?



WAFFLES:   *gulp*
