Who Let The DOGS Out???

Hi everyone, Katie here.

This may come as a shock to all you kitties, but just this past Friday Waffles Too and I got caught watching Tillman the skateboarding super-dog on Hallmark Channel's, Who Let The Dog's Out.  What would possess us cats to tune into a show so clearly about DOGS???

Well, their big feature on BlogPaws of course! BlogPaws is the GIANT pet blogging and social media conference that Glogirly and Flat Katie attended last year in Salt Lake City.  They had a blast and Flat Katie even got to accept the Nose-to-Nose award for Best Cat Blog!

Well we all had a chance to relive some of the fun of the conference in this special episode of Who Let The Dog's Out.

By far the biggest highlight of the show for us was watching Tillman do his thing on the skateboard. He's pretty good...for a DOG. (heh, heh) I think I may have even saw Glogirly and Flat Katie in the crowd watching! Glogirly remembers how excited and determined Tillman was to perform. He just wanted to go and go. He didn't want to stop!

Our fave part of the BlogPaws segment was seeing so many of our blogging friends being interviewed. These are all friends that we've made through the magic of the blogosphere and Glogirly and Flat Katie got to meet them in the so-called *fur* at BlogPaws.

This year Glogirly, Flat Katie and the BRAND NEW Flat Waffles Too will be heading to BlogPaws while I hold things down here at the Townhouse. They're excited to meet even more bloggers and brands this year.

Top on their learning list for the upcoming conference are some Blogger to Wordpress migration tips and tricks. They're also hoping to hone their SEO skills ...I believe that stands for Salmon Eating Optimization which is fine by me, as long as *I* get some.

Wanna come???

Dear friends,
Please take our COMMENT POLL located near the top of our sidebar!
Thank mew!

  8. We can see Waffles Too sailing on a skate board for sure! We need to start recording that program. We just recently saw something on another show advertising it. Hope you get a lot of salmon! Happy Sunday!

  9. We wish we could send Mommy but she says she dare not imagine the mayhem if she left us alone for a day...let alone a few days! Maybe we could send a Flat Mommy?

  10. Salmon eating optimization sounds good to us but steak eating optimization sounds better. Have a super Sunday.

  12. Sounds like a brilliant event. Mum would so love to come to Blog Paws but it is not to be this year as it clashes with other things. She will get there one year though for sure.. Hugs GJ xx

  17. Katie, I think you are onto something with SEO. I hope your Mom brings home plenty of information about that from BlogPaws! I can't wait to meet flat Waffles, although we all know you are the star. MOL!
    Good luck in the contest!

  18. Hi Katie, you'll have to provide us with the "sights and sounds" from the conference. Afraid our peeps have committed all their monies to looking after us so they can't do the cross-country flight and the conference $$$. But we're looking forward to Glogirly's posts.

  19. Can't believe it's getting around to "that time" again!! We ask very nicely that Glogirly takes lots of photos and gives a full report :)

  22. You could say this blog has gone to the dogs! HAH! In fact, I just did say that, didn't I?

  23. Salmon Eating Optimization sounds better than Search Engine Optimization. Hope you guys have fun at BlogPaws, I won't be able to make it. I love replies and stuff but truth is that half of the time I forget to go back and check for replies or I get busy doing other stuff. I wish blogger had a comment system like wordpress that let you see what people reply to you without subscribing to comments via email.

  24. We LOVE that song because our WORLD CHAMPION SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS (had to ge that in there after the hideously disappointing Super Bowl) used it as a theme song a few years back.

As for watching DOG TV, well, I guess I can forgive you this one time since there was an impawtant reason.

Are you going to be left ALONE with the Little Orange Hellion, Katie? Let's make plans.

  25. Doods! Is this the same bulldog who jumps on the trampoline too? We think that dog is mental but so heeelarryous!
