Dream Big

KATIE:  Waffles, what on earth are you doing?

WAFFLES:  I'm going back to school. 

KATIE:  What do you mean you're going back to school? 



WAFFLES:  Glogirly said that Christmas vacation is over and all the cats are going back to school today. 

KATIE:  Not CATS, Waffles... KIDS. Kids are going back to school today.




WAFFLES:  I better organize all my school supplies. Like my colored pencils....



WAFFLES:  ... can't forget my lunch.



WAFFLES:  And my notebook. For all my compositions and stuff. Glogirly says that if I'm going to be a chicken rancher I need to study really hard.

KATIE:  Are you SURE that's what Glogirly said???

WAFFLES:  She said I can be anything I want to be. She said to DREAM BIG.



KATIE:  Are you sure she wasn't talking about a nap?

    Oh Waffles, you really are serious about the ranching! You know, Mommy says there's already a "Chicken Ranch" here in Nevada...maybe you should visit to get some, um, ideas.

      I've heard of that ranch, and I don't think Waffles would be interested in the Nevada Featherless. They don't make for good eating. ;)
