Today's just a regular Tuesday. Gloman gave me my early morning crack snack. Glogirly and I shared our mid-morning breakfast time while Waffles looked over my shoulder hoping for a quick grab-n-go. A nap here, a sun puddle there.
So there's nothing really remarkable about today specifically. But all of these Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays... and everything in between are filled with something really special. They're filled with seemingly ordinary moments that make life extraordinary.
Ten years ago I was just a kitten in a shelter when a nice man with a deep voice picked me up, looked into my eyes and said, "You're the one, kitty cat." I didn't know what he meant. My name wasn't Kitty Cat and I certainly wasn't the only one there.
Looking back, that was one of those moments.
Sometimes it's just a look.
Sometimes just a touch.
I wouldn't trade my string of moments for anything.
