WAFFLES: Hey Boss! Nice selfie. Did you know your butt is on our blog today?
KATIE: Well at least I'M not showing the entire world my exposed nether regions...
WAFFLES: You mean like the Netherlands? Boss, are you going to the Netherlands? That's really a long trip you know... I hope you –
KATIE: Waffles, I'm not going anywhere. I'm just trying to teach you some manners.
WAFFLES: But Boss, you're not a MAN. You a girl! Don't you mean girlers?
KATIE: *heavy, heavy sigh*
Someone around here doesn't know how to maintain appropriate tail positioning when the camera starts clicking.
WAFFLES: You mean spot #13?
X marks the spot.
Sunday Selfies
Today's blog post is part of the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop hosted by our dear friends at The Cat On My Head. Hop on over for more Sunday Selfie fun.
C'mon, Katie! Up and at 'em! Mommy wants to do a Freck Check!
ReplyDeleteKatie, you are a true lady. And Waffles, you need to check out our selfie today...just sayin' ;)
ReplyDeleteYou wouldn't be you Waffles. Katie - you are always a lady
ReplyDeleteWaffles, you just let it all hang out... even when it's not really supposed to!
ReplyDeleteKatie, it's nice of you to try to teach Waffles to be more discrete. But it's hard for a modest lady cat such as yourself to teach a boy about modesty. They're never shy about putting it all on display.
ReplyDeleteIt is Tocktober after all, with Monday being the official day to celebrate, so this post seems quite appropriate. Sorry, Katie! Thanks so much for joining and supporting the Hop. It means more to us than we can express! XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
ReplyDeleteBoys (and Boodie) are always more careless about exposure!
ReplyDeleteKatie, could you have a talk with Amelia about lady like photo taking? I think she has been hanging out with all these boys (and dogs!) for way too long!
ReplyDeleteMOL, I like exposin myself too Waffles.
ReplyDeleteMOL Lovely Selfies, guys, especially the last one..MOL Pawkisses for an Easy Sunday :)
ReplyDeletehehehehe thats boys for you Katie,xx Speedy
ReplyDeleteWaffles, it really kind of hard taking a selfie without any paws available, so you just can't help how it turns out. These are all great pictures. Happy Sunday to all.
ReplyDeleteIt's a hard work to teach boys good manners ! Purrs
ReplyDeleteKatie, boys never learn .....
ReplyDeleteKatie, I am pleased to see some standards are being maintained! ;) xox
ReplyDeleteUs orange boys don't need manners because we're so cute! ~Wally

ReplyDeleteWell you sure gave us the giggles!
ReplyDeleteHi, Waffles and Katie. I am back to be able to comment. Mom and I have been following your blog in between, but she says we aren't going to start my blog back up yet.
ReplyDeleteMOL! We don't think anyone will notice your nether region, Waffles. Everyone will be staring at your adorable face.

ReplyDeleteHeh-heh
* falls of office char in fits of giggles *
ReplyDeleteOohh Katie got you this time Waffles!!
Silver
Manners, what's that? Us ginger boys have to stick together Waffles, and if you've got it, flaunt it.
ReplyDeleteKatie, you are very much a lady. Waffles will never understand ... such a boy!
ReplyDeleteWaff needs a fig leaf. He should be more careful cos he’s a celeb now and those pics will turn up in places he may not want them.
ReplyDeleteI actually am inclined to think its a girl vs boy thing. I have three male cats all hold their tails strait up, my one female always has it down (unless I call her or get her attention, then she'll raise it in acknowledgement). My mom has noticed the same with all her cats too (two females and two males).
ReplyDeleteFaraday: Manners, shmanners.
ReplyDeleteMaxwell: Dood, that's just, not even.
