MetroCat Countdown

KATIE:  Wait, what?


WAFFLES:  Wait, what?

KATIE:  I already said that, Waffles. 

WAFFLES:  What, wait?

KATIE:  AWe're leaving our MetroCat apartment this weekend and heading back to Colorado. 

WAFFLES:  So we'll be Mountain Cats again? 


KATIE:  After 13 hours in the car we'll be Moutain Cats.



WAFFLES:  13 HOURS? You mean, like HOURS??? But we gain an hour when we go back to Mountain Cat Time, right?

KATIE:  13 hours is 13 hours, no matter what time zone you're in, Waffles.



Weekend Road Trip
We've been basking in the city lights for a couple of weeks now. Hanging out with our Gloman has been the best. Later in the month, he'll be jetting out to Colorado to visit us so saying goodbye this time won't be nearly as hard.

This weekend we're packing up the car with LOTS of our favorite cat food from pWoody's Pet Deli in Minneapolis. And when we say lots, we mean it! 50 pounds of ground duck for Katie and 50 pounds of ground chicken for Waffles. That's about a six-month supply. Good thing we've got a full-size freezer waiting for us back home!

As long as Glogirly is well rested, we plan to drive straight through again. There are lots of pet-friendly hotels along the way though if we decide to break for the night. We'll keep you posted!
