#TuxieTuesday - Nothing But Glamour

KATIE:  Despite what a certain overconfident orange cat may think, there are still a few things he'll never be able to pull off like I can. Sure, he's got the cute thing all locked up. That bewildered look he tosses our way whenever he gets into trouble. 

I prefer more of a quiet sophistication.



KATIE:  Elegance unmatched. Classic beauty from every angle.



KATIE:  Footprints on the kitchen counter, you say?



KATIE:  She'll never suspect ME.


About Today's Photos 
We love black & white photography. In fact we have a whole wall devoted to it in the Townhouse. But we don't seem to feature it all that much on our blog.

It's no secret that black & white loves a tuxedo cat. Today's photos span almost seven years. The first two photos were shot just this past weekend with a camera that only takes black & white photos. Bet you didn't even know there was such a thing! The next photo is a close up of a random shot from 2012. Katie was just hanging out in the fireplace room looking out towards the back window. And the last photo was from back in 2008. (gasp!) It's a rare on since Glogirly doesn't often show her real face here on the blog. We're guessing needs probably that soft focus way more now than she did back then.

So, "where's Waffles?" you ask. That's what Waffles Wednesday is for. Today it's nothing but glamour.

    It's interesting when you say "black and white loves a tuxedo cat". It took me a while to come to terms with B&W photography. I like color too much. But then I took a picture of salt and pepper shakers. I realized that color really didn't add much, if anything to that photo. Black and white seemed to really fit. With a tuxedo cat with what I think are fairly pale eyes, I think you ought to photoshop Katie to be purely black and white from now on.
