WAFFLES: Hey Boss! Did you hear? It's going to SNOW today!
KATIE: Since when do you pay attention to what the meteorologist has to say?
KATIE: We're bearing down for our first winter storm of the year here in Minnesota. The local meteorologist often gets it wrong though. Still, I'm not sure how to tell Waffles that we've never had a documented chicken storm. Not even a winter chicken advisory.
Has all of last year's snow even melted yet? ;)ReplyDelete
Well, all those weather-guessers are DUMB CLUCKS in our opinion!ReplyDelete
crappity, Mommy thought of another one...watch out for FOWL weather!!!ReplyDelete
I'm sure Waffles would love to be chickenlegged inReplyDelete
Okay, if I had to ride through chicken I could do that. I'm a little worried about snow though...ReplyDelete
OMC, say it ain't so. We were on the hammock today with amber leaves drifting by. Sigh, summer is so over.ReplyDelete
Looks like winter is coming early this year. Monday is our last day for fun in the sun. Booooo.ReplyDelete
Poor Waffles - he's in for a big disappointment.ReplyDelete
Wish we could get a chikken storm down here.ReplyDelete
I needed a giggle and the chicken storm did it perfectly!ReplyDelete
Never stop hoping, Waffles! It's rained frogs and fishes before, so maybe it'll snow chikin!ReplyDelete
Please don't send any left over snow to the UK.ReplyDelete
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
A chicken storm would be fab!ReplyDelete
Maybe Waffles will stayed glued to the window looking fur chickie & leave you alone!?!?!?!ReplyDelete
If you get winter chicken advisories there, we might have to rethink why we like living in Florida! Waffles, let us know if you see any falling drumsticks, ok?ReplyDelete
No chick-hen fell from the sky here, only snows. However some pieces of pork from the bones mom was picking did happen to fall from the island top to my bowl... shhhhh, don't tell dad!ReplyDelete
It's supposed to get really cold here later this week. Not looking forward to that. Stay warm, you two :)ReplyDelete
Hoping you guys don't get snowed in!ReplyDelete
Please all stay warm and safe. Glogirly and Gloman, try not to DRIVE in that snowy stuff!ReplyDelete
Wow! Snow already! Hope you guys stay warm!ReplyDelete
A whine from me: "It's too early for snow!!!"ReplyDelete
Hey, have you already done "All in the Family" for your TV series? Waffles is sounding like a real Meathead...
why in the bleep do we live in Minnesota?ReplyDelete
Love the snow, we only had a light flurry here. It didn't even stick. Had to chuckle though at the thought of chicken legs in the yard instead of snow. What a sight that would have been.ReplyDelete
Wouldn't that be meowvolous if it would rain chicken legs! We hate the cold, white stuff. The weather guesser said wintery mix for later this week. We hope that's wrong! Stay warm you two. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista JoReplyDelete
Hi! ((waves from not far away))ReplyDelete
You get to watch the snow fall up close!
Waffle, you do know it's not a good idea to go out exploring for drumsticks! Let them come directly to you.
There, Katie, he'll be staring at the ceiling now and ignoring you! MOL
Snowing chicken drumsticks???..Darn..no snow for Pennsylvania..and I was going to set some buckets outside to catch dinner..ReplyDelete
Whoa that is a snow storm! Stay warm guys!ReplyDelete
So where's the meat? They lieReplyDelete
Lily & Edward
We would love to see a chicken storm once in our life ! PurrsReplyDelete
Waffles, they say if you wish for something hard enough, it will happen.ReplyDelete
YIKES - I know you are getting LOTS of snow there cuz M has been watching that meterologist guy on the TV. Hopefully we're only going to get maybe 1-3 inches. M says It's too early!!!ReplyDelete
There are winter chickens. Those beans who won't go out in the snow. So a winter chicken advisory is applicable!ReplyDelete
Sorry about the snow forecast. It is just high winds and freezing here.ReplyDelete
Please keep the snow over there and don’t send it East. Thank you.ReplyDelete
We we lucky it miissed us. I live in the lower part of WI. Hope you didn't get too much.ReplyDelete
Seriouslies, WE want a MEATerologist too!! ~ FaradayReplyDelete
