KATIE: Waffles, it's our Sunday BLEST post. Not Sunday Best. Our friend Dezi is hosting a Sunday Blest event on their blog.
WAFFLES: What's BLEST? Is that like what you say after someone sneezes?
KATIE: No, Waffles. There's no sneezing involved.
WAFFLES: Well that's good. I don't like sneezing. Especially on sundays.
KATIE: Waffles, being blest is about being aware of all the good we have in our lives and being thankful for that.
WAFFLES: Like chicken? I'm VERY thankful for chicken.
KATIE: Well, being thankful for full tummies is a good thing. But it's also about being thankful for our family, our friends and our readers.
WAFFLES: And the UPS man? Because I'm really thankful for him and the cool boxes he gives us.
KATIE: *sigh* It's not really about things, Waffles.
WAFFLES: Oh, I got it! It's about all people we love and stuff. And like you and me!
I love you too, Boss.
KATIE: Let's not focus on you and me, Waffles. Really. Let's not.

Thank goodness there's no sneezin' involved, Waffles. I don't like sneezin', either. ESPECIALLY not on sunny days when I'd much rather be enjoyin' nappin' in the sun.
