Hi everyone, Katie here.
Today's photohunt theme is *SCRUMPTIOUS.*
I'm digging my new food so much, it's actually *SCRUMP-DILLY-UMPTIOUS.*
In the old days... *PW* (pre-Waffles) I used to dilly-dally by my food dish. I could make a single bowl last a whole day. Then the orange food hog arrived. Now I lick my bowl clean, glancing over my shoulder to make sure he's still buried in his OWN dish.
Just look at him. He can't even see what he's eating. |

Oh I SO know how you feel! Same with me: I would never eat my bowl all at once, I would always let a bit for later. But with Kitshka, I can't!
ReplyDeleteMy human sometimes thinks about taking it away for Kitshka, so that I can finish it later, but then I can't have it any time I want. Sigh.
Have a good weekend!

We know how you feel....we eat our stinky goodness with one eye on the other's bowl!

Katie, most of us know what you're suffering is all about. Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista eat SO FAST that we can no longer enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner. And some of us are not very good about defending our bowls. You've got some pretty substantial paws…give that Waffles a big whap if he comes near your bowl. You also have a gloriously, lovely pink tongue! Purrs and hugs from the kitties at The Cat on My Head, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
ReplyDeleteKatie at least the ginger one made you eat all your food. He is a cutie though.. Hugs GJ x
ReplyDeleteheh. Mommy terms what Waffles is doing "SNARFING". heh heh.
ReplyDeleteCody eats so fast he INHALES his food!
ReplyDeleteOMC the orange wonder is getting BIG! Happy Caturday!
ReplyDeleteWell, if you ever a looking for a bright side on having W2 around, it's that you've learned to love your food more. And in our book, there's nothing wrong with some food-lovin'.

It's like that at my house too. DeDe has her food scarfed down before I even start. Are you and DeDe related?
ReplyDeleteYou don't have to see to eat Katie. Follow your nose.
ReplyDeleteI live with a couple of cats like that. Leave a morsel for even a moment and it does the ol' disappearin' act! purrs
ReplyDeletePoor Katie!! I feel your pain ::looks accusingly at Tigger:: >^00^<
ReplyDeleteMy Cashew is just like your Waffles when it comes to food. LOL. Sure looks like he's enjoying that food. Cute picture Katie.

Katie, we can tell that was one amazing meal. Mimi says, if you really get tired of the little brat, send him here, she'll teach him a thing or two. Her children straighten up and listen, and always respected their elders.
ReplyDeleteHa roo, Katie! I think I can relate to your overall situation now. We have a new kid in town. Actually, she's mighty cute, but still. Ya know.
ReplyDeletePlay bows,
