Laundry, Fashion and Cats

WAFFLES:  Hey Boss, you should come help with Glogirly's laundry. I'm making sure all the clean stuff gets plenty furred up. I'm working on the darks. 


KATIE:  Because orange fur goes so well with black pants and t-shirts. 


WAFFLES:  I know, right?


KATIE:  Waffles, everyone knows that black and white is a classic. Orange has no place with black and white. Do you think Coco Chanel ever wore orange?



WAFFLES:  Coco? You mean like cuckoo for cocoa puffs?



The 5-Second Rule
Today's photos were taken after Glogirly left the fresh laundry unattended in the bathroom for a bit too long. Apparently, she was unaware of the 5-second rule.

You know, where any fresh, warm and invitingly soft laundry left unattended for longer than 5 seconds is subject to any and all cats within a 100' radius.

Bonus points if the fresh laundry is left near the window in a toasty sun puddle.

    Hide thinks it's cool to pee on piles of laundry when he's stressed out. Fortunately Seek does not share the predilection.

    Fresh laundry is terrific, particularly when it is still warm from the dryer! I'm with you, Waffles - as another ginger mancat I love sharing my furs with my Food Lady's black clothes! Hee hee.....

    Mum puts the laundry away so fast I don't get to fur it up. At least not until she wears it, then she wears lots of khaki. Plus she doesn't have to dress up for day hunting, so she can be a bit furred.
