Waffles and the Great Leprechaun

WAFFLES:  Are you ready, Boss?

KATIE:  Ready for what, Waffles?

WAFFLES:  You know, the Great Leper Can! Tomorrow is his big day! I've been saving his hat for him.


KATIE:  Again with the Leper Can??? Waffles you've been Leper Canning us for five years. Don't you think it's about time you admit it's the great leprechaun, not leper can? 


WAFFLES:  I KNEW it! So there IS a Great Leper Can– I mean Con. Last year you told me he wasn't real. That he was like the Easter Bunny and Santa, who EVERYONE knows are totally real.

KATIE:  If you say so.

WAFFLES:  And he's got a big pot of golden chicken under his rainbow. And he brings all the good cats their very own bucket. I've been super good so I should be getting at least an 18-piece meal. 


KATIE:  I can't believe I'm going to ask this– original or extra crispy?


WAFFLES:  I don't know! It's so hard to decide. Original is so...original. And extra crispy is so... 


KATIE:  Crispy?

WAFFLES:  EXTRA crispy!


KATIE:  Wake me up when it's over.

Thank you, friends, for always making our Irish eyes smile. Ok, so we're not quite sure if we're really Irish. But on St. Catrick's Day, we ALL are!

    Hmmm, the only extra crispy stuff around here is the burnt cooking when Mrs H forgets and dozes off, Mol I sure hope you get what you wish, Waffkes, as the little folk really are real, which is why there is the luck of the Irish. To be sure!
