Blog4Peace #WafflesWednesday

WAFFLES:  So Boss?

KATIE:  Waffles?

WAFFLES:  So I've been thinking.

KATIE:  About letting go of my paw?

WAFFLES:  You know how I really, really like chicken and stuff?

KATIE:  I hadn't noticed.

WAFFLES:  Well I was thinking. Maybe we should give peas a chance.

KATIE:  Don't you mean peace?

WAFFLES:  You mean like pie?

KATIE:  No, I mean like PEACE. You know, world peace, kindness, love thy–

WAFFLES:  I love you too,  Boss.

What's Blog4Peace?
BlogBlast For Peace™ was founded by by Mimi Lenox in 2006 as Dona Nobis Pacem, which in Latin means Bring Us Peace. It was the first internet presence asking bloggers to post about the same subject on the same day. And what could be more important, than helping to spread a message of peace?

Bloggers all over the world, in 202 countries and territories have participated. We'd like to think that this powerful message of peace can inspire people to put aside their worries, their differences and take pause to reflect on what we all have in common, on kindness and enjoying those simple moments like holding the hand, or paw, of a friend.

Our peace globe graphic is a very special one to us. Each of those paws represent blogging cats from all over the world. We are so blessed to have made friends from every corner of the globe.
