WAFFLES: Fist bump, Boss?
KATIE: Bump your own fist, Waffles. Don't you understand the concept of social distancing?
WAFFLES: You mean like keeping a paw length between us?
KATIE: You're touching me, Waffles. That's hardly keeping your distance. Haven't you been listening to any of the news conferences?
WAFFLES: How's this?
KATIE: Social distancing means keeping a minimum of six feet away from me. I suggest you back off.
KATIE: That's not exactly what I meant by back off.
We hope all of our friends and readers are doing ok what with the everchanging status of the terrible virus that's sweeping across the world and right here at home in our own country.
We're keeping all of those affected directly in our prayers. And we continue to pray for the safety and well being of everyone.
We are doing just fine here in the mountains. Gloman is with us now, which always makes us feel safe. And it provides an additional lap for Waffles. We're staying very close to home, only venturing out for necessities. And because Glogirly does a pretty good job of preparing for snow storms and power outages, our pantry is in good supply.
We usually keep about a one month supply of frozen raw food for Katie and Waffles on hand, but to be safe we have a second month supply arriving this week. Same for cat litter.
Like many, we're trying to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
Sending you our love and purrs from the mountains,
Glogirly, Gloman, Katie, & Waffles
