Hi everyone, Katie here.Yesterday I made a gross tactical error. It was Gloman & Glogirly's Gotcha Day, or 'wedding anniversary' as they like to call it. Since I was in charge of writing the blog post, I put Waffles on point for picking out a card.
Delegation FAIL.
Never mind that it was my OWN Gotcha Day and I received absolutely no acknowledgement from Waffles...other than the usual uninvited touching. (PS: I know you want to know, and the answer is yes, Glogirly showered me with salmon.) But would you LOOK at the card Waffles picked out for them?! Seriously.
With no time left to send out for a replacement, I was forced to work with what I had.
In case you can't read my writing, on account of how mad I was, I'll transcribe it for you:
"So this is what I get for delegating. I send WAFFLES to get a card from both of us and he brings back a card where BOTH cats look like HIM.
-Katie"
Then Waffles actually has the nerve to write:
"Oh, don't mind Katie. She'z just mad cus I'm so cute and she's old and craBBy. Time to sellebrate! Yah! Wherz the SAMON?
-Waffles"
Allie: *gasp* He did not get away with that, I presume??

You're going to have to have a 'talk' with that boy, Katie, and learn him to have some respect for those who are older and wiser than he is (and older isn't a bad thing, because some of us, like wine, just get better as we age, and you're in your prime).
