Waffles TV


Hi everyone, Katie here.

Many of you ask how Waffles and I are getting along. Or rather, if we EVER get along. Well even though it seems he's been stealing my food and sniffing my butt for ... FOREVER, it's actually been only seven months. Seven months today as a matter of fact. 

That's 210 days. Or 5,040 hours. Or 302,400 minutes. Or 18,144,000 seconds. But who's counting.

I guess it's all relative. Some TV shows don't even last a month before the network pulls their plug. Others become part of our everyday. I should know...if it weren't for Seinfeld and the Sopranos, I don't know that Glogirly and Gloman would ever be able come up with ANYTHING to say to each other.  Talk about reruns.


Back to the orange teenager– 
We've got Feliway dancing out of every electrical outlet. Glogirly rubs some Spirit Essences on me every chance she gets. And she does make a concerted effort to thwart Waffles' food thieving shenanigans. 

Still, we're not exactly frolicking through fields of nip together, grooming each other or sharing our innermost secrets. But I don't actually hate him. Things would be kind of boring around here without Waffles TV. There's drama around every corner. High energy action sequences. Slapstick comedy and toilet bowl swimming – you just can't make this stuff up. And when I've had enough, I just turn him off.

Wait....WHERE'S that on/off switch???

    Waffles is always yawning? hmmm Katie are you slipping something in his food? Just to look smarter and more alert? Don't worry Katie YOU WILL ALWAYS BE THE PRETTIEST and perhaps the smartest too!

    Waffles is 7 months--oh oh--what ever will you give him for his BIG one year birthday? Your fans await...

    Star feels similar about Leo, only sometimes I think she does hate him.. All I want at this point is for them to not try to kill each other! I think you're much farther along in that department..

    Katie, if it is any form of encouragement, it took about a year after Audrey came here for it to be OK with me if she slept on the same couch as me. And where we could coexist in the kitchen together while waiting our dinner. And NOW we even sometimes climb onto the computer desk at the same time. Given that Waffles has had some teenage issues too, I think things will improve as more time goes by.

    Tubby is our Waffles here and he goes 24/7. Hopefully he will calm down some as he grows up sweet Katie.

    Katie, just think about how boring your life would be if you didn't have Waffles to boss around, make fun of and complain about. What ever would you write about? Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Josette
