That Was Then – This Is Now


Hi everyone, Katie here.

So much can change in a few short months.
Ok, 7 months, 3 days, 6 hours and 12 minutes to be exact.
That was then...


... and THIS is now.  




WAFFLES:  Hey everybuddy! Today is the LAST day to nominate your most favorite blogs and shelters for a Petties Award!  The Boss has been kinda crabby since I moved in and I think she might even crack a smile if we can squeeze out a finalist spot in one of the Petties categories. Since I'm not allowed to vote on account of me not having my own email... ok, I can't read either... would you please nominate us this one last day? (don't tell the Boss I asked...you know how she can be.)  Thank mew!For every blog you nominate you also get to nominate a shelter. Maybe you already have a favorite one that you support. But if you need a suggestion, we're supporting Feline Rescue Inc of St. Paul, Minnesota.

These are some of the most prestigious awards out there for excellence in pet blogging. If you like coming here to hang out and laugh with us, would you please consider nominating us for a Pettie? 

It's super easy. There's a bunch of categories like Best Cat Blog, Funniest Blogger, etc... For every blog nomination, you ALSO get to nominate a 501c3 shelter or rescue for a chance at $10,000!  That's a LOT of green papers for homeless kitties!

You can nominate daily so that means you have a chance to nominate all of your favorite blogs. And you can nominate blogs in as many categories as you want. 

You'll need the URL of the blog you're nominating (ex: www.GLOGIRLY.com) and the name of your favorite shelter or rescue.

    I actually came from confirming my subscription and everything looks good on that end-

    Of course, not as good at Katie and Waffles. But umm... why is Katie on the floor? Shouldn't she be in the chair? Above Waffles?

    Maybe you could call a truce to the cat war and SHARE the chair?? That seems reasonable, right? If not, then I'd wait for Waffles to get down because he has to pee sometime!! Then you can take possession of the coveted chair.
