Hi everyone, Katie here.
Glogirly and I are introducing something new today. Well SHE says its new, but I know better. It's called BOGG. Best Of GloGirly. I call it ROGG. Reruns Of GloGirly. Or LOGG. Lazy Old GloGirly.
You got it. "Someone" claims she is too busy for new material. "Someone" says we should share some of my musings from before I was "discovered." Discovered? What the fluff is that supposed to mean? I don't need no stinkin' Christopher Columbus to discover me. I'm an enlightened 21st century cat and I can "find" myself thank you.
Nice outfit, Chirstopher.
I hope you got a lot of compliments on those tights.
Hey Columbus! 1492 called.
They want their stupid hat back.
I'm powerless against this whole BOGG thing. Looks like it just might become a regular feature here on the blog. You see, even though Glogirly can't hiss like me, bite like me or be aloof like me, she IS bigger than me. Fine.
So here you go. I hope you enjoy the encore... or rather, rerun.
FOILED AGAIN
Hi everyone, Katie here.
Aluminum foil is the enemy. It taunts me. It haunts me. That horrible high-pitched tinny sound, and then the rrrrrip. It sends me running for the hills... I mean steps.
Your posts are so entertaining and always fun, Katie!...Don't be afraid of the foil; ask Glogirly to make a ball you can bat around out of some foil and you will have so much fun with it, your fears will be gone!...Have a happy week...xo...Calle, Halle, Sukki
ReplyDeleteWe think we will enoy reading the golden oldie posts ~ 'cos we missed owt ferst time round.
ReplyDeleteBTW: we run a mile when we hear foil. We hate it.
Cute (re)-Post!
ReplyDeleteKatie, we think it's OK to BOGG because there are a lot of your posts that we have missed out on. But. . . you should still give Glogirly the cold shoulder, just for appearance.
ReplyDeleteWe don't mind BOGG at all, since we're fairly new. We would have missed a lot!
ReplyDeleteAnd there *is* something about foil wrap, isn't there? We all scatter when our human gets it out. :-D
BOGG might be new for us! We think it's going to be fun!
ReplyDeleteSniffie and the Florida Furkids
Toby doesn't like tin foil either. He runs if it gets ripped too close to him.
ReplyDelete**If you'd like to donate to Sweet Praline's Medical Fund (she has surgery tomorrow) please visit our blog for instructions. Thank you!
Our departed Cal would run and hide anytime our mom brought out the tinfoil. He was so scared of it!
ReplyDeleteBogg sounds like great fun. It is always fun to look at the old memories. We didn't see them before so it will be great fun. We haven't had a run in with the tin foil yet. Mom uses it but we are usually outside. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteI think it will be fun to catch up on the older posts that we missed! And I do not like tinfoil, either.
ReplyDeleteBOGG is a great idea. You don't think that you will get all bogged down, do you☺
ReplyDeleteWe don't mind reading old posts, Katie. We have only been on the blogosphere for six months, so there is a lot we haven't read from earlier. xoxo
ReplyDeleteWe don't mind the reruns, either, since we have only started looking at your blog a few months ago. We hate foil, too!
ReplyDeleteLike your idea cuz I just started following you a couple of months ago, so I don't mind a review at all.
ReplyDeleteHi Katie!
ReplyDeleteWe say we liked it the first time we'll love it the second time! I mean when you like something you wanna do it again, right?
Calle, Halle and Sukki are right, when you roll tin foil into a small ball it's so much fun to play with.

We hate foil being torn, but love it rolled into a ball. BOGG is a good idea. We started our Friday Flashbacks because mum had about run out of photos and were only going to do it for three or four weeks, but kept on going.
ReplyDeleteKatie, we are looking forward to BOGG because many of them will be new to us!!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah...we don't like foil either...don't try biting it, you're in for a rude surprise!
It shows Glogirly is proud of your early work and thinks it may not have gotten the attention it deserved back then.
ReplyDeleteKatie we like the idea of BOGG - it is a way to see you and read about you when GloGirly is not able to do a regular post - so we don't miss you!
ReplyDeleteWhen you have such a quality showing and rerun is just fine for me. I hope GG can catch up on all her busy things to do.
ReplyDeleteWe'd never heard of a foil phobia. Oh, we like the idea of the BOGG.
ReplyDeleteSo I think I need to BOF... again that sounded different in my head.
ReplyDeleteBest of Fin of course...
Don't fear the foil Katie! Just have GG roll it up in a ball and it will be your favorite new toy! Trust me!
ReplyDeleteWe think we will enoy reading the golden oldie posts ~ 'cos we missed owt ferst time round.

you are silly, Katie! i am not scared of the tinfoils at all. in fact, my mommeh has heard that kittehs do not like it, so she has used it to try and keep me away from or off of certain things... does not work! i shred it right up and walk all over it. maybe if you practiced you could get over your fear of the tinfoils!
ReplyDeleteMOL...funny post...until you got to the foil part. Oh my cod, how we run when it comes out of the drawer. EEK, that ripping sound!!!
ReplyDeleteYeah, that Reynolds Wrap stuff being torn off can be pretty awful. I don't blame you for hating it.
ReplyDeletebut you are faster than her..BOL
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
Hey, your reruns are funny the 2nd and 3rd and 4th time around...we don't mind at all.
