WAFFLES: Where'd you get the cool blue pod, Boss?
KATIE: None of your beeswax, Waffles.
WAFFLES: But I thought you didn't like pods and boxes and stuff, on account of your closet phobia.
KATIE: That's claustrophobia, Waffles.
WAFFLES: And you don't like closets either.
KATIE: Closets are fine, Waffles. I just don't like getting locked inside them with you.
WAFFLES: What about bathrooms? Did you like it when I locked us in Glogirly's bathroom yesterday morning? Or do you have bathroom phobia too?
KATIE: More like WAFFLES phobia.
WAFFLES: Is that even a real thing?
KATIE: More real than you'll ever know, Waffles.
If you visited us on Friday, you probably saw our posting about the upcoming BlogPaws Nose to Nose Awards and nominations. We're crossing our paws that we might receive a nod in the Best Humor and Best Photo categories. The deadline for nominations has been extended and is open through Tuesday, April 12.
Anyone can nominate as many of their favorite blogs as they'd like in as many of the 12 categories they'd like. It's pretty simple, just a brief form. We've got all the details and how-to's HERE.

About that pod...
Our pals at Tidy Cats surprised us with a cool Kivikis Cat Cave! It's hand felted from 100% sheep wool. Ours is sky blue, but there are a variety of other colors available on Amazon. It's very soft, thick and cushiony. And for now, it's all Katie's. Emphasis on "for now."
