Does This Scratcher Make My Butt Look Big?

Hi everyone, Katie here.

We got another new scratcher. Glogirly said she was sick and tired of me and Waffles... ok, me... scratching the polka dot rug at dinnertime.

Can I help it if I have nothing to do but twiddle my ...oh wait, no thumbs. Can I help it if I have nothing to do but sharpen my claws while I'm waiting for her to dole out the food?

The new scratcher is nice and all, but it's very small. I'm concerned, especially given my weigh-in at the V-E-T tomorrow, that it makes my back seat look a little, well largish.

Here, if I tuck it all in...is this better?

WAFFLES:  Um... not really, Boss.

KATIE:  Yeah?  Who asked you, Waffles?

Monday Stress Stopper

Hi everyone, Katie here.

When you live with a maniac, it's important to find outlets to relieve your stress. When I'm not defending myself against incoming threats, I find a good scratching is just what the psychiatrist ordered.

Bonus: All this scratching allows me to keep my claws in tip-top shape. After all, I never know when I might really need them... what with trouble always lurking behind me.

And if scratching doesn't cut it, there are other highly effective stress stoppers...

While Glogirly is galavanting across the country with Gloman, I will continue to post daily updates on my mental state, physical condition and the goings-on here at the Townhouse with Orange Crush and the smelly Cat Sitter. 

Sadly, I won't be able to visit many of my furiends. Please know that I appreciate your visits and comments so very much and read every single one of them.
