KATIE: What are you saying, Waffles?
WAFFLES: There's even a waterless CAT BATH!!!
KATIE: Uh, yeah that's for you.
WAFFLES: Look! A microphone! Want to play karaoke? I call Cat Scratch Fever!
KATIE: Waffles, that's one of those ultraviolet urine detectors.
WAFFLES: COOL... like CSI??? ♫♩Whoooo are you? Who-who, who-who! ♫♩
KATIE: You took the words right out of my mouth.
It's a GIVEAWAY!
Our friends at Simple Solution® and Vet's Best® are treating 2 GLOGIRLY readers and 2 shelters of their choice to an Ultimate Cat Bundle. It's a special gift set for the holidays with some of their favorite and best selling products.
Spotting Spots
We received our bundle just a couple of weeks ago and have had lots of fun trying everything out. Ok, fun may not be the right word for the Spot Spotter HD, Simple Solution's UV LED Urine Detector. The first place we tried it out was the powder room. Not even close to Litterbox-Central. Glogirly was horrified. And has been cleaning ever since. It's safe to say this sweet little gadget works. Maybe a little too well.
Hairball Help
Though she doesn't like to talk about it, Katie is a very enthusiastic groomer. As a result she uses a daily hairball remedy. We hadn't tried Vet's Best before but have been using it now for about a week and so far so good. Even though Katie's a little on the finicky side, she gobbles them right up. We like that the supplements do not contain any petroleum based products, but rather herbs like slippery elm and psyllium seed that lubricate naturally.
Stains & Litter Boxes
We've also been really pleased with the Stain & Odor Remover as well as the Litter Box Deodorizer. The stain remover is very effective on minor carpet and rug stains and the deodorizer works nicely, especially with a full litter changeout. It works great as a cleaner to get all that 'stuff' out of the corners. We like washing ours with hot water as well. After a thorough rinse and dry, we'll spray just a little inside the box and wipe dry before pouring in the fresh litter. There's a very subtle and clean scent which we really like, however those more sensitive may prefer something unscented.
The Ultimate LOOT!
The entire gift bundle contains eight useful products for the well-appointed feline household.
1. Simple Solution Extreme Stain & Odor Remover
2. Simple Solution Spot Spotter HD UV
3. Simple Solution Litter Box Deodorizer
4. Vet's Best Hairball Relief Supplement
5. Vet's Best Waterless Cat Bath
6. Vet's Best Urinary Tract Support Supplement
7. Simple Solution Cat Litter Attractant
8. Simple Solution Urinary Health Risk Indicator

ReplyDeleteMy human says that when I get certified as a therapy cat, I still have to take baths, but for the therapy visits I can have a waterless bath instead if I was had a show bath the week before!
ReplyDeleteThree of us have long coats, mom loves brushing us but let's face it -she's human. The hairball relief would be great but we'd also love to see the look on mom's face when she uses the light by our litter boxes, hehe. ( Raine buzzyngabe at yahoo dot com )

ReplyDeleteSo many things that I can share with my sister's cat, Stormy!
ReplyDeleteI would love to try the hair ball remedy!!!
ReplyDeleteWe could use any of that stuff, though the mom says the urine finder would be the most helpful...and the most scary because she's afraid where she might find urine. ;)
ReplyDeleteWe found that any tracked cat litter showed up as well as cat vomit--and sometimes even a spilled drink! The black light is fun! :).
ReplyDeleteOh wow! Momma is a little afraid to use the UV light but kind of wants to try.

ReplyDeleteI think I would be afraid to use the urine detector light: we have 7 cats! 🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱🐱
ReplyDeleteWow! Great loot! We could really use the stain and odor remover, and the litter box attractant. I'm a little afraid of what I'd find with the UV light!
ReplyDeleteLittle afraid of what I'll discover with the UV light, but probably better to know. These'll help my gracefully aging girls out quite a lot...
ReplyDeleteWith a new kitten, I'd "love" to see what the UV light detects!
ReplyDeleteThe Litter Box Deodorizer would be the most useful for my cat.

ReplyDeletePlease! Hairball remedy, and Maya has definitely made us a household in need of urine cleanup STAT.
ReplyDeleteThat Hairball treatment sounds well worth a try because that stuff that comes in a tube that Mom tries to put on my paw is just plain scarey! Oh, and wow, that urine detector light would be able to show where I pee up the inside walls of my enclosed litterbox! And any leaky areas!
ReplyDeleteWe admit that we've always wanted to try one of those UV lights for urine. Our Benny does the same thing as Simba above. . .
ReplyDeleteWe sure could use the hairball supplement around here. Thanks so much for this great giveaway.
ReplyDeleteMost of that seems to be for the human and Jan says she thinks the urine spotter would be the most fun ... we mean, most useful.

ReplyDeleteThe Vets Best Hairball Relief Supplement would be the most useful

ReplyDeleteOnly in our world are we able to say we would be looking forward to trying out a UV LED Urine Detector - but honestly, I've wanted one for ages! Purrs from Deb and the Zee/Zoey kitties
ReplyDeleteBoy that's some haul!
ReplyDeleteHave a super weekend...
Noodle and crew
A lot of people use those urine detectors to check out hotel rooms. The results for humans are apparently just as horrifying (if not worse) than Glogirly was after using it to scan your litterbox room. There are some things in life that we might be better off not knowing about. We would love to win all that kool stuff, although we wouldn't be thrilled to have a bath even if it doesn't involve water. We'll stick with spit baths.
ReplyDeleteI want the microphoone!! I think Bide-a-wee would appreciate them all.
ReplyDeleteBTW, the photo hop I take part in has the theme of bokeh. Dunno how you do it but you get the most wonderful natural bokeh. We had to use Photoshop.
The waterless cat bath!
ReplyDeleteThe hairball supplement, paws down!
ReplyDeleteLitter box deorderizer would always be useful!
ReplyDeleteThe Waterless Cat Bath would be very helpful in making sure that my elderly kitty stays clean!
