WAFFLES: What do do. What to do. Do I pack my orange suitcase?
WAFFLES: Or my black one?
WAFFLES: What do you think, Boss?
KATIE: Well since you're already inside the orange one, how about I help you with that zipper?
WAFFLES: Which suitcase are you going to pack, Boss?
KATIE: Wait, what???
WAFFLES: Didn't you hear? We're going to stay in a fancy sweet in downtown Minneapolis next week!
KATIE: You mean suite?
WAFFLES: That's what I said, Boss. Sweet. Isn't that SWEET???
KATIE: I don't know that I'd call staying with you in a suite all week sweet.
WAFFLES: Aw, c'mon Boss! Room service, treats on our pillows at bedtime...
KATIE: Hmmmm... treats on my pillow.

Those of you who've been following us for the past couple of months may remember the Great Dishwasher Spill of 2015, also known as Tsunami at the Townhouse. *cue disaster movie theme*
KATIE: We're thinking of selling the movie rights to Ron Howard.
WAFFLES: Opie???
The Townhouse has been under construction and repair for almost two months now and we're coming up on the eve of the final BIG week. Our living room, kitchen, bathroom...really the whole main floor will be a flurry of dust and construction workers. All of our furniture is going to be moved out so that the wood floor can be replaced. Our kitchen counter is being lifted, cabinets replaced... patching, sanding, painting. Let's just say it's going to be NO place for cats or anyone else for that matter.
So we're moving out... and moving up! We'll be staying at one of Glogirly's favorites, The Grand Hotel Minneapolis. It's just a mile from home and is part of the same pet-friendly hotel group that she and Waffles stayed at in NYC last year and wrote about in this blog post. We'll be living and napping in the lap of luxury. And we'll be taking you with us every step of the way!
Do you suppose the Grand Hotel has ever hosted any celebrity cats before???
