Looking At The World Through My Firmoo Glasses

I was recently contacted by the people at Firmoo.com, the Global Online Optical Store. They sent me numerous emails asking if I would please review their product on GLOGIRLY.com.  I thought I might have misread something...maybe the email came from FUR-moo. Or maybe it was a mistake, given the fact that I'm ...a CAT.

Glogirly and I conferred and decided I might actually enjoy a pair of fashionable prescription eyeglasses and that you might enjoy reading about them.

Furmoo, I mean Firmoo, known for their incredibly low priced eyewear, has launched a First Pair Free Program. (try to meow THAT ten times fast!) When you order your first pair of glasses, all you have to pay is the cost of shipping. When they wrote to me: "Perhaps your lovely readers will love this program, especially for those who are fond of glasses..." well we KNEW it was purrfect.


The ordering process is simple. Even for humans. All you need to start is nice mugshot of yourself, preferably facing straight forward, and your PD. That's pupillary distance for you eyeglass rookies – how many millimeters there are between your pupils. The ones in your eyes. Just upload the photo and try on your favorite glasses "virtually."

If you don't like how they look on you, you can see them on all sorts of different people. Maybe you want glasses that look good on this guy, for example.

Once you've chosen your frames, just enter your prescription information and you're done. You can get sunglasses too. In fact, there are options to upgrade to coated lenses, thin, thinner or thinnest lenses, etc... We didn't have these options for our free glasses, so mine are the basic model.

About a week after I placed my order, they arrived safely in this stylish case. I particularly love how I'm able to use the carrying case for other important items.
