ELLIE: So Mr. Waffles, how's that tooth fairy of yours doing?
WAFFLES: (with a lisp) Toof Fairy???
ELLIE: Mwaahaha! Mr. Waffles has a lisp! Mr. Waffles has a lisp!
WAFFLES: (still with a lisp) At least I still have lots of teef and stuff. You don't have ANY teefs.
ELLIE: Yeah but I don't EVER have to go to the vet to get my teeth cleaned again.
WAFFLES: (still lisping) Wait, what???
About Today's Photos
The week before last, Waffles spent the day at the vet for his annual dental appointment. He had his teeth cleaned and this time, NO extractions! Dr. Fern did see a root fragment from a previous extraction in his X-rays, so he had to have that removed. It was where one of his canines use to be and we're guessing that had something to do with his sweet little tongue sticking out.
A dental cleaning requires general anesthetic, so that explains his extra-dilated expression. LOL!
Waffles is doing totally fine. He came though his procedure with flying high colors.
