Hello Gloman!

ELLIE:  This Gloman guy tastes pretty good.

WAFFLES:  Hey Ellie, are you sure it's your turn to be on Gloman's lap because I'm pretty sure it's my turn. Did you use the signup sheet thing?

ELLIE:  Sheet? You mean like laundry?

WAFFLES:  Uh oh. One minute she's hogging Gloman's lap. And now she's using my line. What a copycat. 

ELLIE:  Copycat! Copycat!

Our CatDaddy is Home FOREVER!
Last week we sprung our kitten surprise on you when we welcomed Ellie to our home and blog. And this week we have another BIG surprise! 

Like REALLY big!

Those of you who've been following our mountain adventures for a while now know that Gloman and Glogirly have been loving each other from a distance for the past 3 1/2 years. He's been living and working in Minnesota while Glogirly and the fur-family have been doing the same here in the rocky mountains of Colorado. It's all part of their long term retirement plan. 

Gloman has been visiting at least once every month this whole time, so it's not like we never get to see him or Waffles has to miss out completely on their lap time.

When Gloman came out to Colorado in mid-March, none of us realized his quick weekend trip would turn into a 3-month stay. That shelter-at-home period showed them that Gloman could continue to work just as effectively from his mountain top office as he could from our Minneapolis apartment. So just a few weeks ago, he made it official.

He packed up the apartment, loaded it into our friend's horse trailer, and headed west to the mountains. We couldn't be happier. No more counting the days until his next visit, or counting the hours until he flies back to Minnesota. Gloman, Glogirly, Waffles, and Ellie are all together, forever. 

Waffles is thrilled to have his lap and nap buddy here full time. Ellie is just learning how much fun it is to have him twirl the wand toys for her. And Glogirly...well, her heart is full.
