Special Delivery

Hi everyone, Katie here.

In case any of you were wondering where I've been lately...what with Waffles stealing this blog like it's my breakfast... well here I am.

I'm keeping a watchful eye out for the man in brown shorts and the lady in purple shorts. Well, hopefully they're wearing pants now considering the falling snow and the falling temperatures.

December is an active month here at the Townhouse. Trucks, vans, doorbells. We've got our fair share of door-pounders too. Obviously they do NOT have cats at home. Although Glogirly fell victim to the lure of Cyber Monday shopping, I've checked the browser history on her computer and am pleased to report that I'm definitely coming out on top of the whole affair.

There's food, catnip, even a new climbing structure in my future.

We've got some awesome pre-Christmas giveaways planned too!

All of this is keeping the delivery trucks very busy.

Don't worry Waffles. I saw that Glogirly also ordered a Santa costume.
Let's just say, I believe in Santa Claus. And I believe in you.

  1. Would you believe that Truffles has learned the sound of the UPS truck going by and looks at the front door to see if he's coming to her house??? I did some shopping today too :)

    Can't wait for Santa Waffles!

  6. Mommy wants one of those SodaStream thingies to magically come to our door.
I seriously doubt that will happen.
I am hoping for her, but still, I seriously doubt that will happen.
Maybe a bag of quarters?? There are soda vending machines downstairs!

  8. Well, that is one advantage to having Waffles around, Katie - somekitty's gotta dress up and be festive, right? And it never has to be you!

  11. We've had a lot of that doorbell ringing and door pounding too. As long as we're getting something out of it, we're cool with it. Though there better not be a Santa outfit in our future.

  14. Katie, we agree about those ding-dongs and door pounds. Totally annoying.
We are very anxious to see what climbing structure is delivered to the TH. Z-Girl has mentioned multiple times that she wants to catify the warehouse apartment with some shelves for climbing and perching, but we have *yet* to see any activity in our favor.
    Maybe Santa Claws will help.

  25. Awesome pictures of you sweetie. Good thing you keep things running around there cuz it sounds like Glogirly was having too much fun practicing with her credit card. he he - it's perfectly acceptable as long as you get most of the stuff.

  26. Would you believe that I NEVER see the human that brings the packages? The concierge signs for all my packages and than calls the peeps to pick them up. TW says I have to tip him for Christmas. Say what?
